All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to modify or recover the shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
